It was a gate-to-wire win for ARABIAN LION, breaking alertly keeping at least a length advantage for a majority of the race. In the end ARABIAN LION drew away by 3 lengths to a fellow Bob Baffert-trainee, 3rd another 2 lengths behind that runner, and 4th nearly 15 lengths behind that.

ARABIAN LION completed the 6 furlongs in 1:09.78, earning a 92 Beyer – the 7th fastest speed figure posted by a juvenile this year.
