Amr Zedan secured the session topper during the closing day of the 2026 OBS June 2-year-olds in Training sale with his $650,000 bid for hip No. 824, a colt by Medaglia d’Oro.
Consigned by Marcial Galan, Agent III, the bidding was done for Zedan by Donato Lanni.
Already named Bularmo, the dark bay colt had breezed a bullet furlong of :9 4/5 at the Under Tack Show.
“He’s by Medaglia and he looks very fast,” Lanni said. “We want something that we are going on with him and hopefully get him ready to run this year.”
Of the colt, Galan said, “Whoever bought this horse is going to have a really good horse. I am pretty sure you are going to see this horse in a stakes race.”
